Valley South Corporate Park

Valley South Corporate Park was the pioneering effort that created the Sumner Industrial District. It is an award-winning industrial design with state-of-art amenities and over two million square feet, comprised of 12 buildings and roughly 10 acres of trailer parking. It was the first industrial park that could provide space to a broad spectrum of tenants and took over a decade to complete.
