Centralia North Corporate Park sits on 100-acres. The project hosts one of the largest distribution facilities in Lewis County for Michael’s NW Distribution Center. The project was developed and constructed in two phases over the course of four years.

This project was a collaborative effort between the Port of Centralia, City of Centralia, and Lewis County. As part of the purchase and sale, the Port brought access into the property, constructing two rail crossings.
This massive project was delivered within 11 months of the lease execution and one month ahead of schedule. After the signing of the lease, the project broke ground five days later. Through the construction process, the project team experienced 45 straight days of precipitation, including rain and snow.
