Today, we are thrilled to announce that we are finalists for NAIOP’s Night of the Stars Awards in the below categories. A big congratulations to everyone at Tarragon and the project teams who helped make this possible – we couldn’t have done it without you!

This month marks Dave Henline’s 15th Anniversary at Tarragon! We would not be anywhere near where we are today without his contributions over the years. A big thank you for your hard work and dedication – we appreciate all you do!

SeaPORT Building 3 is off to a great start. Our talented team was able to erect the walls for over half of the 501,000 SF building in three days. These are the largest wall panels on the SeaPORT project to date, standing 50’+ tall, 11” thick, and weighing in at over 185,000 lbs each.

We had a great time eating Jack’s BBQ with the SeaPORT construction team last week! Thank you for your continued partnership and for making SeaPORT a success.

We had a great day at NAIOP’s Summer Social event at Newcastle Golf Course! We embraced the Woodstock theme and enjoyed connecting with all the folks in our industry.

Tarragon recently broke ground on its latest residential project! Located in the Ruby Creek Neighborhood in Port Orchard, the project is a 216-unit garden-style apartment community compromising of one, two, and three bedroom homes. The first few apartment buildings and the clubhouse are expected to open by the end of 2022.
