As part of Tarragon’s Community Engagement Initiative, the Merit Apartments project team had the privilege of volunteering at the Step-by-Step Foundation’s annual Christmas Dinner in Puyallup. We shared laughter, conversation, and a festive meal with the families they serve. Seeing children’s smiles as they took photos with Santa reminded us of what this season is truly about—joy, compassion, and community.

At Tarragon, we’re passionate about supporting the communities where we live and work. When Bonney Lake High School needed a float for their 2024 Homecoming Court, we were thrilled to help! Last night’s parade was a great way to connect with the students and see the community come together to support the Bonney Lake Panthers!

The Tarragon Team had a wild time at NAIOP’s Summer Social! With this year’s Zoo theme, we donned our safari hats, brought in a petting zoo (including a wallaby!), and enjoyed chatting with everyone who stopped by.

The Tarragon Kickball team returned this summer, enjoying time with co-workers and engaging in some friendly competition. We’re proud to have made it to the championship game, finishing as runners-up. We’ll be back with a vengeance next year!

This week, the Tarragon team came together for our annual Habitat for Humanity Build Day in Pierce County. We focused on framing homes for future families, a cause close to our hearts. This event is one of our favorites of the year, as it allows us to contribute meaningfully to families’ journeys toward homeownership.
