The Site Operations position shall be focused on the monitoring of construction and completion of multifamily and residential projects.

Construction Manager

The Construction Manager (CM) will provide project operational and technical expertise, and be responsible for budgeting, schedule, reporting, and general site operational performance.  The Construction Manager will lead and perform the construction management effort; including, pre-construction, estimating, bid evaluation, project buy-out, and overall site management.

Senior Development Manager

The Senior Development Manager will facilitate and manage the development process, including project management responsibilities in coordination with other members of the Project Team and the Senior Director of Development.

Site Operations Associate

The Site Operations position shall be focused on the monitoring of construction and completion of multifamily residential projects.  Site Operations will be directly reporting and working with the Director of Construction or his designated Construction Manager, perform preconstruction drawing review; modify scopes of work as applicable to each specific project; inspect the quality of work by contractors; coordinate with municipalities; act as the liaison between design consultants and contractors; manage the project schedule; coordinate all inspection, and turn the project over to property management.

Land Development Site Operations Manager

The Land Development Site Operations Manager partners with the Senior Construction Manager to supervise, direct, and coordinate management of residential plat development construction projects, including coordination with Ownership, Designers, Consultants, and Contractors to ensure efficient and orderly completion of the project.
