Tarragon is excited to announce the promotions of Matt Farrell and Gayle Kawaguchi. Their contributions and dedication have been instrumental in our growth and success across the company.
Matt Farrell has been promoted to Senior Development Manager. Since joining Tarragon in 2018, Matt has played a key role in leading the development of Tarragon’s multi-family projects across the Northwest. He recently managed the development of The Tilden Apartments in Lacey, which is currently leasing. He continues expanding our multi-family development pipeline in the South Sound region, leading the development of a new 86-unit townhome project in South Hill, Puyallup.
Gayle Kawaguchi has been promoted to Senior Staff Accountant. Having been with Tarragon for a decade, Gayle brings a wealth of experience to her role, where she will continue focusing on corporate accounting and supporting our multi-family projects across the Puget Sound region. She collaborates closely with our Development Accountants to ensure accurate job costing and budget projections, which are essential to the success of our projects.
