Sunrise Village is located on the South Hill of Puyallup at 157th and Meridian Avenue East. This retail project sits on 65 acres and offers a respite from traffic and the busy retail found along Meridian. While Sunrise Village could have easily been another box-anchored strip center, Tarragon’s long-term interest in the project drove a much grander vision. We believe the positive community response is due to the upscale nature of this project as compared to others in the market.

Sunrise Village was envisioned to offer more than a typical retail center and raise the bar in the existing market. Designed as a lifestyle center where community members and families could come to shop and dine, this project was targeted to an underserviced market with tremendous growth momentum. Anchored by Target and one of the more successful LA Fitness’s in Washington, the center is also home to MOD Pizza and several junior anchors such as HomeGoods, PetSmart, and Famous Footwear.
