SeaPORT Logistics Center in Sumner, WA, is a state-of-the-art project with substantial upgrades over a typical speculative development. Tarragon is the first developer in Washington to do a speculative 40’ clear height warehouse based on a long-term outlook. We have had the opportunity to identify and improve on the specifications of the buildings to meet the changing needs of our tenants. We maintain a diverse mix of national, regional, and local tenants, including Nordstrom and Helly Hansen.
Strategically located in Sumner’s thriving industrial core, SeaPORT Logistics Center provides convenient access to State Route 167 and the Interstate 5 corridor and proximity to the Port of Seattle, Port of Tacoma, and SeaTac International Airport. The SeaPORT site also has excellent visibility from 8th Street E and East Valley Highway E and is well-suited to accommodate industrial traffic with signalized access, a four-lane lighted entry road, and thoughtful truck circulation.
Two future amenity areas are in development for the industrial park and will include a food truck court, sports court, and outdoor gathering spaces. We wanted to create quality outdoor spaces for the future employees that will work within the industrial park.
