Located in the heart of historic Bothell, Edition Apartments is a 135-unit apartment building steps away from the city’s revitalized Main Street. Tarragon’s vision for Edition Apartments was to blend vibrant small-town charm with the evolving modern culture of Bothell through relatable, welcoming, and engaging spaces. Throughout the design process, Tarragon’s mission was to create a modern, urban, community project with soul and character that would attract professionals who work nearby.

Sitting on nearly one acre, Edition Apartments consists of five floors of wood frame construction over one floor of concrete structured parking with 137 parking stalls. The project offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two bedrooms units, some with dens. Each floor plan is named after a famous author, including Hemingway and Capote.
Edition is full of amenities, including a roof deck outdoor patio, shuffleboard and pool tables, resident lounge with catering kitchen, a fully-equipped fitness center, and an outdoor dog run.
