Tarragon is thrilled to announce the opening of The Tilden Apartments in Lacey, WA. The Tilden Apartments consist of 216 apartment homes featuring a mix of one, two, and three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, refined finishes, and earthy palettes that showcase the natural beauty of the Northwest.
A significant aspect of The Tilden is the thoughtfully designed amenity spaces. We recognize the importance of open spaces in cultivating a vibrant community, so we have allocated expansive areas for communal use. 20 mature evergreen trees were saved to remain in the central park area on-site.
For indoor amenities, residents can access a clubhouse featuring a caterer’s kitchen for private events and a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with a Smart Mirror, Peloton bikes, and squat racks. They can also unwind in the media room with board games, streaming services, shuffleboard, and billiards. Our outdoor amenities include a pool, a year-round covered spa, outdoor BBQs, a fire pit, a dog park, and a playground.
Named after the Pacific Ninebark, a friendly and quintessentially Northwest-native shrub, The Tilden is cherished for its delicate white flowers that nourish pollinators and songbirds. Land managers also value it for its ability to stabilize the soil along streams. Drawing inspiration from this natural interweaving and enhancement, we have crafted homes at The Tilden to foster an intuitive connection among neighbors and with the surrounding natural environment.
Move-ins began in April, and there has been an overwhelmingly positive response from all who have toured the property. The Tilden Apartments offer move-in ready units available for lease, ranging from one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, all equipped with air conditioning.
“At Tarragon, we bring decades of expertise to every project, ensuring that each development not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our residents and the community in general. The Tilden Apartments exemplifies our dedication to quality construction, thoughtful design, and creating spaces that foster a sense of belonging.” Dennis Rattie, President of Tarragon.
