Tarragon is excited to announce the promotions of Nick Conrad, Noelan Brewington-Janssen, Pete Johnson, Grahm Satterwhite, and Seth Warren. Their contributions and dedication have been instrumental in our growth and success across the company.
Nick Conrad has been promoted to Development Accountant. He will continue focusing on project accounting and supporting our multi-family projects across the Puget Sound region. Nick works closely with our Development Managers to ensure timely, accurate job costing and budget projections for the success of our projects.
Noelan Brewington-Janssen has been promoted to Development Manager at Tarragon. Since joining the team in 2021, Noelan has made significant contributions to the development of our industrial and commercial portfolio. Notably, Noelan has played key roles in projects such as the SeaPORT Logistics Center in Sumner, WA, and Sunrise Village in Puyallup, WA.
Pete Johnson has been promoted to Site Operations Manager. Pete has been integral to our site operations teams on several multi-family projects across the Puget Sound region. He is currently working on Tilden Apartments, a 216-unit project in Lacey, WA. Pete recently completed the 7-month Supervisory Training program through the Associated General Contractors of Washington as part of his commitment to personal and professional growth.
Grahm Satterwhite has been promoted to Senior Development Manager. Since joining Tarragon in 2021, he has been instrumental in helping lead the development of Tarragon’s multi-family projects. He’s played a crucial role in expanding our multi-family development pipeline in the South Sound region and is currently actively involved in overseeing two large multi-family projects that are under development.
Seth Warren has been promoted to Development Accounting Supervisor. Seth began his Tarragon career in 2013 and has been involved in nearly 40 projects across all asset classes. We’ve benefited from his thoughtful and thorough approach to his work and look forward to him stepping into this new leadership role.
