Introducing Uplands, our first master-planned community on 320 acres in Puyallup, Washington. Uplands is envisioned to be an active community that encourages connections between residents and the greater community at large, setting a fresh new standard for life in our South Hill location. A diverse mix of homes will be constructed and sold by some of the most successful regional and national builders, with plans and details released soon.
With over 1,000 lots planned for the entire community, we’re working hard daily to build Uplands from the ground up. We recently completed all wet and dry utility installations, curbs, and paving of all the main roads for Plats A & C at Uplands. This achievement marks a major milestone in the horizontal construction phase, and it is attributed to the combined efforts and collaboration of the project team.
