Seattle, WA (Sept 2022) – Tarragon is excited to announce their new project, The Tilden Apartments, in Lacey, WA. Tarragon broke ground on the project this month. The Tilden marks Tarragon’s first venture into Lacey, WA. Tarragon is excited to bring its influence and experience in developing and building similar high-end apartment communities across the Puget Sound Region.
The Tilden is named for a variety of Pacific Ninebark: a friendly, a quintessentially Northwest-native shrub that nourishes pollinators and songbirds with its delicate white flowers. It is also appreciated by land managers for its ability to knit the soil together along the side of a stream, improving the land’s stability.
