Olympia East Bay
Tarragon was selected by the Port of Olympia to be the master developer of the East Bay redevelopment district in downtown Olympia.
The vision for East Bay is a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly community with attractive public and commercial buildings, shops, restaurants, hotel and urban housing.
Tarragon would develop 7 of the 10 parcels that make up this mixed-use development that is being catalyzed by the construction of the Hands On Children’s Museum, Water Education Center and offices for LOTT, and a 20,000 SF public plaza.
